Cancellation Policy

•Cancellation/rescheduling must be made at least 24hrs in advance to avoid 30 percent charge of your anticipated service. This charge will not be forfeited from future payment, or reimbursed and will be deducted from the card you have on file. In case you do not have a card on file, you can pay it through other platforms such as Venmo, Paypal, Cashapp. •Repeat of more than 2 last minute cancellation/ rescheduling may result being banned from future booking. To be able to book again, a non-refundable deposit of $40 will apply. This will be forfeited to the total amount of service •All new clients will be requested to pay a non-refundable deposit of $30 to avoid no call, no show. This will be forfeited to the total amount of service •No call, no show will result in a 50 percent charge of your anticipated service and will nor be reimbursed or deducted from future services. This charge will be taken out from your card on file. No call, no show will lead to future appointment request being declined. •Some situation may cause slight delays. If you are slightly behind on schedule, please inform me ahead of time and I will try my best to do what I can within the time frame. If you cannot show up once half of your appointment duration has passed, your appointment will be canceled and last minute cancellation/ rescheduling policy may be enforced. •I have the right to refuse service if I am disrespected or threatened either physically or verbally. I strongly believe in “Treat people the way you want to be treated” so as I am trying to provide a professional and positive environment, I expect to be treated the same way. •If any client show up under any influence such as alcohol intoxication, substances,… I unfortunately will turn them away and reschedule. Rescheduling policy will be enforced. •All clients are welcomed to bring a guest but please keep in mind that my suite is NOT child proof. •Full payment is required at the time when the service is finished. •Payments made are non refundable. In case of dissatisfaction, please communicate your concerns during the appointment for immediate resolution. •Any damage happens within 5 days since service date is entitled to free repair. After 5 days, all repair will be charged due to the condition of the damage that need to be fixed. •All card payment will be charge an additional fee of 2.5%. Please note that these policies are to ensure fair and efficient scheduling for all clients and to protect me and my business since this is my only source of income.
